• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders in india.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Within Kerala: 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-8 business days depending on your location.

• Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or Public Holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website using the Track Your Order page.

4. Packaging & Safety

We understand the value of collectibles. Every model is packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy corrugated box to prevent any damage to the original product packaging or the model itself during transit.

5. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please:

1. Record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package (mandatory for damage claims).

6. International Shipping
